A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation for all local area events. 50% of the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your event prior to setup.
Cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to your event date to receive a refund of all payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
Events outside of the Raleigh (Triangle), North Carolina area require an additional travel charge of $25 per hour each way (and if required, air transportation/hotel accommodation charges). A minimum 30 day reservation and 50% deposit is required for all out of area events. Please contact us for more information.
